We are, frankly, obsessive about mouthfeel.

We run production the way a fine dining kitchen runs its pastry section: mise en place at dawn, small batches, everything made in-house. The kitchen exists to service the mix-ins. The cream exists to carry them.

Mouthfeel comes first because texture is the vessel for every flavor we make. People describe Kurimu with the same three words, unprompted: silky, dense, clean. That isn't luck. It's the entire brief, repeated every morning.

What is Japanese-style ice cream?+

Cream-forward and restrained. Less sugar, less air, a denser texture, and flavors drawn from the Japanese pantry, from matcha and black sesame to hojicha and yuzu. We churn it fresh every day in Manila, in batches small enough to taste the day they were made.

Where can I buy Kurimu in Manila?+

Pints deliver across Metro Manila through our online shop, GrabFood, and Foodpanda. For scoops and soft serve, visit our scoop shops around the metro. Locations are listed on the site.

Does Kurimu use preservatives?+

No. We churn small batches daily and they sell out fast, so nothing in the pint needs help surviving. What goes in is there for flavor and texture, nothing else.

Is there a vegan option?+

Yes. Vegan Hojicha with Nori Sesame Senbei, fully dairy-free and built on roasted tea. We designed it as a flavor first and a vegan option second.

Can Kurimu cater weddings and corporate events?+

Yes. We bring a stainless-steel scoop booth with live scooping to weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Send dates through the events inquiry form and we'll build you a package.

Do you supply cafés and restaurants?+

We do. Small-batch wholesale for kitchens that care about what's on the dessert menu. Flavors can be matched to your menu. Apply through the wholesale page.
