We run production the way a fine dining kitchen runs its pastry section: mise en place at dawn, small batches, everything made in-house. The kitchen exists to service the mix-ins. The cream exists to carry them.
Mouthfeel comes first because texture is the vessel for every flavor we make. People describe Kurimu with the same three words, unprompted: silky, dense, clean. That isn't luck. It's the entire brief, repeated every morning.
