How is my ice cream delivered?
Pints go out insulated with dry ice within Metro Manila, so they arrive frozen. For same-day cravings, we're also on GrabFood and Foodpanda.
How should I store my pints?
Below −18°C in the coldest part of your freezer. For the best texture, temper a pint for 3–5 minutes and eat it around −12°C.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or GCash — details appear at checkout. Upload a screenshot of your payment and we confirm it, usually within hours.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track My Order page with your order number and email. You'll also get an email at every step: received, payment confirmed, preparing, and completed.
Do you cater events?
Yes — our scoop booth does weddings, corporate events, and parties. Send an events inquiry.
Do you do wholesale?
Yes — cafés, restaurants, and retail partners can apply through the wholesale form.
