Privacy Policy
Kurimu クリーム ("we") makes ice cream, not data products. We collect the minimum needed to take your order, deliver it frozen, and keep the site working. This policy explains what that means, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
What we collect
Account & orders. Name, email, phone, delivery address, and your order history, because we need them to fulfill and support your orders. Payment proof images you upload are stored privately and used only to verify payment.
Site analytics. Our own page-view counter stores the page visited, referrer, browser type, and a one-way irreversible hash of your IP address. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP. If you accept the optional analytics cookie, Google Analytics also runs with IP anonymization; if you decline, it never loads.
Messages. Anything you send through contact, events, or wholesale forms, so we can reply.
Cookies
We use a session cookie (keeps you logged in and your cart alive), an optional referral cookie if you arrive through a partner link (expires after the partner window), a small preference flag remembering your analytics choice, and, only with your consent, the Google Analytics cookie.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not send your data to anyone except the services that make your order happen: our hosting provider, payment channels, and delivery partners, each receiving only what they need.
Retention & security
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Login attempts are rate-limited and purged automatically. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; one-time codes expire in ten minutes. Access to admin tools is role-restricted and logged.
Your rights
Under RA 10173 you may ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing. Email hello@kurimu.ph and we will act on it promptly. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note it here with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
